Key Details

  • Dimensions: 33.45 x 37.8 x 31.65 inches
  • Materials: Plastic, Metal

Special Features:

  • Removable kill chamber for easy cleaning and disinfecting
  • Built-in bait cup
  • Beveled columns hold the mouse in place for no escapes
  • Reusable trap
  • Indoor use only
  • Wi-Fi enabled mobile alerts

How Does It Work?

Once the trap is live, you will need to add bait to the bait cup to attract the mouse.

Once the trap is baited place the trap on a flat surface against a wall where there are rodent movements.

It should be placed lengthwise with the rodent entrance nearest to the wall.

Place it where you have seen mice activity or if there are any signs of mice activity.

When the mouse enters far enough into the trap it will walk over electrically charged pads. These electrically charged pads will deliver a lethal electrical charge that kills the mouse.

Once this happens you will receive a notification on the app. There is also an indicator light on top of the trap that lets you know that the trap has caught a mouse.

When the light is green the trap needs to be cleaned. When it’s red the trap is empty and still active.

What I Like

Wifi + Mobile App

This trap connects to the internet and allows you to monitor your home using a mobile app. Anytime a trap is discharged you will receive a notification.

This is a great option if you travel often, have vacation homes, or own residential properties. It makes monitoring your traps extremely easy.

Detachable Kill Chamber

This trap has a detachable kill chamber for easy cleaning and disposing of dead mice. This is a great way to keep the electronic portions of your trap safe while you are cleaning.

Safety Switch

There is a safety switch the deactivates the electronic charge on the trap when the lid is opened.

This is a great safety feature for children and pets. If they happen to get their hand on it, even if the trap is on they will not be harmed.

What I Dislike

Can’t use outdoors

Placing the trap outside your house lessens the functionality of the trap. This is mainly because it uses batteries and electronic components that cannot be exposed to the elements.

Only one catch

This trap can only catch one mouse before it needs to be emptied. If you do not remove the dead mouse other mice can enter the trap and feed on the remaining bait without being electrocuted.

This is a problem because the trap does not close and there is plenty of space for multiple mice to fit inside.

Expensive

This trap is significantly more expensive than other products on the market. This is primarily due to the wifi feature. If you are on a budget, consider opting for a traditional electronic mouse trap without wifi.

Key Details

  • Dimensions: 8.94 x 5.03 x 17.78 cm
  • Materials: Plastic, Metal

Special Features

  • Removable Kill chamber
  • Built-in bait cup
  • LED Indicator
  • Automatic safety switch

How Does It Work

Put the trap on a dry, flat surface against a wall where you have seen or observed signs of rodent activities.

Keep this trap indoors; the elements will damage and affect the functionality of this trap.

Once the trap is set, the bait lures the mouse inside.

When the mouse enters the trap, it walks over metal pads that activate the trap’s lethal electrical shock.

What I Like

Smart circuit technology

It is powered with smart circuit technology that allows quick detection when a mouse enters the kill tunnel. The tunnel design includes beveled columns to keep the mouse in place on the metal plates.

Safe to use

This trap has a built-in safety switch that makes the device inactive when opened. This makes the device safe when you are around your children or pets.

Indicator Lights

This trap uses LED lights to signal when you’ve successfully captured a rat or if you need to charge your device. While this feature may seem trivial, it can save you plenty of time.

Mess-free

Cleaning is easy. LED light tells you once it ready to clean so you never have to check manually again.

A detachable cleaning tray allows you to remove and clean the trap trey—no need to reset the trap since it resets automatically after cleaning.

What I Dislike

Not for outdoor use
Since this device is not weather-proof, you can not use it outdoors.

This is a major downside if you are trying to eliminate mice and roaches from the outside of your home.

Inaccurate “no see” claim
You still get to see the dead mouse or rat, despite its “no see” claim. The entrance does not close once the mouse is inside, allowing you to see the mouse.

Also, at the end of the tunnel, there is a bait cup with holes that allow you to see the mouse.

Small Entrance
The small opening at the entrance of the device only fits well with mice. You’ll need a larger trap to capture larger rats.

Key Details

  • Materials: Plastic, metal

Other Special Features:

  • Dead Mouse Trey – hold 10 mice
  • Double Entrance
  • LED Indicators

How Does It Work

This trap has two small stairways that lead to the kill tunnel. The kill tunnel is lined with electrocution plats along the floor.

Foro the electrocution traps to be triggered; the mouse must enter past a certain level. Once this level is reached, electrical charges are released, killing the mouse.

After the mouse is electrocuted, the floor unlatches and drops the mouse into the cleaning tray.

After the mouse is removed, the trap is active and ready for another mouse.

What I Like

High killing capacity

The trap is capable of holding up to 10 dead mice per setting, eliminating the need to empty the trap after every kill. After a kill, the Shock N’ Drop Chamber rotates automatically to deposit the dead mouse in the collection drawer, and then resets itself.

Humane high-voltage shock

The Victor Multi-Kill Electronic Mouse Trap uses a high-voltage shock to kill mice humanely in seconds.

Easy to use

Simply bait, place and turn on the device. It’s that simple. When there’s a successful kill, the trap will alert you with a blinking green light.

Safe

If you have kids or pets at home, there’s no need to worry about an accident because as soon as the door opens, the trap will shut itself off.

Easy disposal

After killing, the trap will automatically place them in a cleaning tray. To clea all you have to do is emoty the cleaning tray.

What I Dislike

Reliability

After using it for a few months, the device stops working reliably. Some of its issues include malfunctions with the rotating kill plate and unreliable battery power.

Small size

The bait I put remains untouched and that is mainly because the tiny stairs and entrances are too small for the mice to get in. The trap is indeed much smaller than we expected.

  • Materials: Plastic, Metal

Special Features:

  • Extension plug
  • Indicator light for hard-to-reach areas
  • Detachable lid for easy cleaning.

What I Like

Batteries Not Required

This trap is great because you can use it without batteries. It comes with an adapter and 5ft extension card. This will eliminate the need of worrying about batteries dying and your trap not remaining active.

Large Size

It has a large enough opening to allow large rodents to get inside. You can use this for large rodents such as rats, squirrels, and chipmunks.

Effective

It delivers a 7000V zap that is sufficient to kill most rodents in seconds. This is a humane and effective way of getting rid mice and rats.

What I Dislike

Not for outdoor use

Since it must be kept dry at all times to be effective, hence, using it outside is not recommended.

Inconsistent beep

There are times that after alarming when it caught one rodent, it didn’t alarm for the succeeding part. But there are also times when it keeps on beeping even though it trapped nothing, giving me false assumptions.

How Does It Work

This trap is the original electric mouse trap in the Victor series. It operates similarly to the more advanced models on the market.

Start by placing the trap along with the guidelines and making sure to keep this indoors. Then add bait into the bait cup located at the end of the trap.

Once the trap is active, it will automatically sense when a mouse has entered the chamber.

When the mouse is deep enough into the trap, the electrocution pads are activated. After the trap is triggered, the trap has an indicator light to let you know a mouse is caught.

After its caught, flip open the lid and dispose of the mouse.

What I Like

Compact

Compared to other devices on the market this trap is small and compact.

You can place it behind appliance or under furniture with ease.

Safety Switch

Safety switch turn off the electrical charge on the device anytime the lid is open. This is a great safety measure when you are cleaning it or if you have children pets.

Inexpensive

As one of the first electric mouse traps of the series, it is less expensive than some of the other options. This is perfect if you are on a budget but are not worried about special features, and you want the job done.

What I Dislike

Cleaning is Difficult

Removing the mouse from the chamber is not as easy as other traps.

Since the chamber is not detachable you need to take the entire trap.

Make sure to avoid getting water on the trap when cleaning.

Small Entrance

The entrance to this trap is on the smaller side, which means it can only be used for mice.

In some cases, larger mice may have a difficult time getting in.
