I love Uplift! They've been super friendly since the day I started coming here. The prices and sales are always good and I LOVE their last call sheet, it makes it super affordable for people like me to get medical marijuana. There's a couple people there that are always nice to me whenever I come in, even if I'm not being helped by them like Allan and James. I really appreciate the care you guys put in to this place. Danielle helped me today and gave me the professional run-down on edibles since I'm new to that world and was incredibly kind. I don't know the door guys name, but he is also super sweet. Appreciate all of you!!

Excellent customer service on every visit. I feel as if Kevin goes beyond the traditional customer service role and genuinely is interested and cares about his profession.Please start carrying Buckeye Relief Sour Blue Diesel on a regular basis.Thank you for always providing an upscale friendly experience.

Pretty standard layout for dispensaries, clean and nice. After I was helped through picking what sorta items I wanted (Thanks Dustin!) ended up having to spend 10+ minutes getting one of my cards to go thru since I recently had gotten new ones (Thanks again for your patience Dustin, sorry). Prices were way better than I remember them being, that may be standard nowadays or maybe this place just has good prices.

Addison was extremely helpful!! Came there for the first time and she recommended a lot of good things and helped me get all the good deals and made sure things i got had the discounts! Very much would recommend! Was an extremely pleasant experience!

I hardly ever leave reviews, but Danielle’s charisma and enthusiasm persuaded me. I’m sure she noticed the sticker in my hand from the product rep in the lobby and used it as a chance to upsell the product. I was happy to say yes, as I got a great deal on my other items. The product did not disappoint ☺️

I would like to hop on here and share my wonderful experience that i had today.I walked into the store i had an online order. Once i got to purchase my order, Danielle was the clerk to check me out, and she started showing me all the deals that uplift was offering! So of course i was interested! Lets just say Danielle was such a great help in helping me get the deals and i walked out of the building a happy camper with more than i expected going in for. Danielle was very nice and really cared a lot to make my experience the best that she could!I will be sure to always go to uplift in milford to get the best service I can!

I love going here for my medicinal marijuana products! Always have great deals on anything you need everyday is a different sale! You can also earn points for your purchases. It's always very clean, everyone is extremely nice, inviting, and always knowledgeable on their products. Everything is always great!😃 I recommend it to everyone and anyone!

Great experience coming to this shop. The knowledgeable staff was able to quickly help me out and got me exactly what I needed! Brittney was on the spot, and was happy to answer all my questions as I'm new to this and didn't know where to begin. I went last week for the first time. Beautiful stand alone shop. Very nice and clean. I was referred by a colleague about this place and its fair prices. They did not disappoint. Danielle was very helpful on my first visit. They were low on stock and informed me about specials and ordering online. I put in an order the next day and was very pleased with quality and price. Kevin was very cool when he helped me on my second visit. Uplift is one of the better options in this area of Ohio.

The staff is beyond friendly and very knowledgeable. First-time customer. This location is near my home, and I love not having to drive to the city. I took off a star because their inventory is not as large as other places. Their pricing is also higher, but I will pay that for the convenience of location and staff.

Always a pleasure at this store! The low star reviews are just people who are looking to complain because they didn't get their way, pretty sad. I'm always in and out in no time, always treated great, and I have never had an issue with online ordering or in-store pickups. This is now my go to store being so close to home and such and easy process!

Convenient location for me, employees were pleasant, and they moved quickly on getting you in and out. They don’t take debit cards like some other dispensaries, they do have an ATM or bring cash. Some items are over priced but have decent sales.

Amazing! I feel so welcomed by the staff and ordering online is a breeze and so simple. I love Uplift. Only dispensary I will ever go to from now on! They have a rewards program and they accept Spendr also which I love! Very accessible and easy app and ordering forum!

From the moment I step in the door I'm addressed by my name from the awesome security guard and every other staff member I come into contact with. Ever notice how most places have the smaller portions with the higher THC % but then the half bags and bags would be like 15% tops (not the 28% like the 2.83 or 5.66)...NOT HERE...same high % in the bigger bags and Trinity was great answering all my questions

Friendly helpful staff. Many wonderful recommendations each time. I've enjoyed speaking with several different of budtenders and positive things for each one. If your new or familiar with products one won't be disappointed in a visit here.

Everything runs smoothly from entry to exit. Everyone is very professional and caring, especially Ashley, who went above and beyond for me. Uplift is a fine example of how all dispensaries should be.On a side note, I was worried about the small parking lot and waiting room, but people move through quickly so there’s hardly any wait.

New dispensary!! It's a nice little place. *It could be bigger. Most the dispensaries are smaller than they should be. They set up my new account very quickly. My online order was ready to go. I was able to grab and go! I love that they use Spendr app.

I love this Uplift location. It is close to home which is important with fuel prices. Above that the staff are so friendly and helpful. I never have to wait for my order. By the time I get checked in, I'm usually headed back to pick up in just a few minutes. Also they seem to always have the products I need in stock. Thank you so much. 💓

The staff was super nice! My first time in, and I was out between 5-10 minutes. It’s nice to be able to use the Spendr app too! You earn rewards and the payment is easy at the register.

I must say that of several dispensaries I have registered and purchased my products at, that Uplift in Milford, Ohio is by far the best around! It started with being greeted at the door by Chelsea. She welcomed me inside provided me with the paperwork and answered my questions with knowledge and respect. This was also while working with other patients as well as product sales representatives in the lobby yet within 8 minutes I was picking up my order! The entire process, the staff and inventory are second to none! Thanks for opening up close to me!

Definitely my new favorite medical dispensary in town. Highlights I noticed were their well staffed back room, knowledgeable bud-tenders, specifically Kristen who helped me with my pickup order and was very helpful about all of their products. They actually pre-pack and hold your pickup order for two hours. The intake process was super fast, one piece of paper and only the info that is required. Currently they accept cash (ATM in the back) and Spendr payments and are working on debit as well. They do have an armed guard on property for security, and he was very friendly. A sincere thank you for opening a top-notch professional medical cannabis dispensary in greater Cincinnati!

This dispensary is one of the best that I have been too. When going in and having to fill out new patient information it was super easy to do. I love the system of buzzer to know when it’s your turn. Everyone is so friendly and knowledgeable about everything. Overall it’s just a great place. It’s also a added bonus they have great greenery for decor

I was so happy to hear that there was a new place in Milford, and this place absolutely wowed me in every aspect. I have visited all the dispensaries in this Cincinnati area and Uplift was the fastest, the most convenient to me, great prices, and had the most well-trained staff/process I've seen so far. I also got literally the best product I have ever had from any of my dispensaries, at Uplift. Products here that I've never seen before. Trinity was also great, she was super professional and knowledgeable. I'll definitely choose Uplift for my needs in the future!
