Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
While Dolores is no Longer getting race-swapped by the Leader bug, She (And all Rulers who you designed) now have the wrong clothes on at game start! (They would get the same clothes if the old Ruler bug happened to them, so the hidden default value)

This is seemingly related to the fix of the Leader Portrait bug, since it's the same default.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
Play as any of the preset empire species who use clothes.

Assuming the clothes that are on are not default (The COM leader's clothing does not change, but the UNE's Dolores will) the clothes will be wrong!

This is probably going to be most noticeable with modded species, but is fairly obnoxious otherwise.

Yep can confirm, same thing happening here. My empire leader defaults into military leader outfit right at start, no matter what I choose in empire creation.

Edit: looks like all of the examples use military outfit. This explains why COM isn't affected, since their leader uses that outfit already.

On the contrary I'm actually trying to use the military outfits on mine, in fact the exact one used by the COM leader (old human) but it defaults to the one with the golden jewelry instead

So for new human it works but not for old human, at least for military outfits.

This bug has a surprising exception, being the Federation president shows the correct outfit in the federation screen! It'll still be the wrong outfit on the Empire Ruler Screen.

I can't even begin to figure out why, but this exception might help to fix it.

Your ruler has the wrong clothes on the Empire (government screen) and Diplomacy screen for other empires, but the correct clothes for the Mirror-Mirror Anomaly, Galactic Community, and Federation screens.

Literally unplayable/10.

Yeah, still happening and its extremely frustrating. I want my noble emperor to look like a noble emperor, not a scientist or a general with a boring green uniform.

it's crazy that we still can't set a static outfit for head of state considering we can pick a "role non-compliant" outfit for our starting leader just to have it ignored for every subsequent leader.

This is the last of the ruler clothes bugs in the game, and may they never return.
