I regretfully decided to let my younger brother play on my destiny account when it turns out he downloaded some hack that gave my pc a virus and got me banned from destiny 2. he told me he didn't get it to work and only went to the EDZ to see if it works. I've cleared my pc of the virus and got rid of that awful hack program... I hate cheaters. I doubt if they'll reply at all. Just save some time and start a new account. It only takes a few weeks to get leveled up and have enough weapons and gear to do what you need to do (not PVP perfect builds maybe, but enough to compete). Once you start a new account there is suddenly a ton of stuff to do and even Xur is relevant again.

The classic, "it wasn't me who cheated it was (insert family member or friend) who did"Bungie made it clear YOU are responsible for who you let on your account, whether its friends or family or even the pet cat. No response is a response, you arent getting unbanned

Very unlikely.When it comes to cheating its usually a very lengthy ban.

Your account is done, they won’t repeal the ban.Whether it was you or not, hacks were downloaded on your computer, and that’s cheating. You’ll have to get a new account.
